1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing or using any portion of Diamond Casino Games’ website, applications or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.

3. Eligibility

• Residents of jurisdictions that prohibit sweepstakes (e.g., Washington, Idaho, Nevada) may not participate.
• You may hold only one account. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate multiple or fraudulent accounts.

4. Account Registration & Security

• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Virtual Currencies

5.1 Diamond Coins

• Non-purchasable sweepstakes currency.
• Earned via daily check-ins, promotions, or Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”).
• Used exclusively to enter sweepstakes for real-world prizes.

5.2 GCoins

• Social gameplay currency.
• Acquired by purchase, daily bonuses, promotions, or giveaways.
• Used for casual play and to earn additional Diamond Coins (e.g., bonus grants).

All virtual currencies have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money except when expressly stated in a prize redemption.

6. Sweepstakes & Prize Redemption

• How to Enter: Use Diamond Coins to spin eligible instant-win slot sweepstakes.
• Winner Determination: Randomly at spin time or in scheduled prize draws.
• Redemption Requirements:
  • Successful identity, age, and eligibility verification.
  • Satisfaction of minimum redemption thresholds.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws, taxes, and reporting (e.g., IRS Form 1099 in the U.S.).
• Right to Refuse: We may reject any redemption for suspected fraud, abuse or violation of these Terms.

7. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

We provide a free, no-purchase-necessary method to receive Diamond Coins via mail or online submission. Full AMOE rules (eligibility, deadlines, limits) are published separately and incorporated by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, graphics, logos, game mechanics, software and trademarks (“IP”) on the Service are owned or licensed by us.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or exploit any IP without our express written permission.

9. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of anything you post (e.g., chat messages, avatar images), but grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify and display it.
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit any content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, hack, manipulate or cheat in any way.
• Use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage.
• Transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code.
• Harass, defame, or infringe on any third party’s rights.

Violation may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may include links to third-party websites, ads or integrations. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms. Use them at your own risk.

12. Disclaimers of Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES—EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY—INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER DIAMOND CASINO GAMES NOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Diamond Casino Games and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. Sections 8–15 (IP, disclaimers, liability, etc.) survive termination.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of your state of residence (U.S.) without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• Arbitration: Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s rules. You may opt out by providing written notice within 30 days of your first purchase or account creation.

17. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in full force.

18. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not waive that right.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any AMOE rules and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Diamond Casino Games regarding your use of the Service.
